project objective:
provide support to the internal communication area in the central region, contributing to strengthening the connection and sense of belonging among employees through the management of content, communication channels, and the organization of corporate events that promote organizational culture.
challenges for the student:

main responsibilities and activities:
* assist in gathering and drafting information for internal messages.
* manage and update content on screens, emails, and other communication channels.
* support administrative tasks related to the area's processes.
* collaborate in the planning, logistics, and execution of corporate events.
* follow up with suppliers and coordinate deliverables.
* contribute creative ideas to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement.
