as a digital channel specialist (dcs) at roiback, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hotel clients. Your mission is to maximize direct channel sales by optimizing online marketing strategies, advising on digital trends, and ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction. You'll play a key role in driving performance, loyalty, and innovation across your accounts.
continuously assess account performance and implement action plans to optimize revenue through the direct channel.
advise clients on digital marketing strategies, including promotional campaigns, email marketing, sem investment, and loyalty programs.
maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, performance reviews, and on-site visits.
commercial & proactive
passion for staying up to date with direct channel trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.
experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or account management—ideally within the hospitality or travel sector.
proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
familiarity with crm platforms and hotel tech solutions is a plus.
