Role purpose
responsible for creating high-quality, consistent, and timely visual assets that support internal and external communications across corning mexico. This role supports strategic campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and global communications while ensuring alignment with corporate brand and editorial guidelines.
key responsibilities
* design and produce visual assets for internal communications, employer branding campaigns, and external communications.
* adapt global content and campaigns to the local context while maintaining brand consistency and strategic intent.
* provide visual support for high-priority and time-sensitive communications.
* manage, organize, and maintain visual assets in alignment with corporate editorial and brand guidelines.
* collaborate cross-functionally with hr, operations, digital, public affairs, and global teams to support communication needs.
experiences/education – required
* bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
* minimum 1 year of experience in communications, visual design, or a related field.
* experience creating visual assets for internal and/or external communications.
* strong proficiency in adobe creative suite.
* fluent english.
* strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
experiences/education – desired
* experience supporting employer branding or corporate communications initiatives.
* experience adapting global or regional campaigns for local audiences.
* experience in regional or multi-site operations.
* experience working within brand and editorial guidelines in a corporate environment.
* exposure to social media content design.
