location: mexico city (hybrid - onsite at least 3 days/week, required)
office: avenida de los insurgentes sur *, colonia extremadura insurgentes, benito juárez, cdmx *
*in your future role as*sap finance application specialist (fi/co support & integration)*, you will*:
- deliver solutions aligned with our global template design and architecture
- be a trusted advisor to global controllers, supporting finance processes and compliance
- drive sap fi/co projects and integrations with other modules (sd, mm, etc.)
- ensure seamless system integrations with external platforms (with strong focus on sd)
- monitor background jobs to keep business operations running smoothly
- translate business needs into sap solutions, manage changes, and follow through to resolution
- bring new ideas—support continuous improvement and stay on top of sap trends
*we believe you bring*:
- full fluency in english - written and spoken (must-have)
- bachelor's degree in computer science, business, informatics, mis, or related field
- 5+ years of sap fico support experience (ticket handling, solution delivery, incident management)
- proven track record of support ticket resolution in a global environment
- strong knowledge of:
- * sap finance integrations* (sd, mm, and other modules - must-have)
- vertex (taxation)
- controlling, product costing, profitability analysis, project systems
- p2p processes (nice-to-have)
- experience in 1st line support (servicenow)
- willingness to work onsite in mexico city at least 3 times per week
*good to know*:
this is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the im delivery manager based in the netherlands.
