We specialize in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for commercial and large-scale projects.we're looking for a creative and driven marketing & graphic designer to join our hermosillo team and help us tell our story.what you'll do:- design marketing materials — proposals, presentations, brochures, and social content - manage and grow our linkedin, instagram, and digital presence - develop pitch decks and rfq/rfp packages for business development - maintain brand consistency across all company touchpoints - collaborate with project teams to visually showcase our engineering workwhat we're looking for:- proficiency in adobe creative suite (illustrator, indesign, photoshop) - experience managing a brand's social media presence - a strong portfolio — show us bold, clean, purposeful work - aec industry experience is a plus but not required - bilingual (spanish/english) preferredwhy ardebili engineering?- growing firm with exciting large-scale projects - collaborative and supportive team culture - opportunity to build a marketing department from the ground up - make a real impact on how our brand is seen in the industry
