It is a crucial role in driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring market penetration across APAC countries
Title: Sales Manager
Work Location: Mexico City, Central & Latin America region
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities in key Central & Latin America region .
- Set and monitor sales targets for distributors, agents, and direct sales teams.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Launch new products tailored to regional preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including food manufacturers, processors, and retailers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
Geographical Scope: Central & Latin America region.
Qualifications: MBA Marketing or equivalent
Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales in a packaging company. Should have handled Juice/ Beverage and Dairy companies as client.
