Will be part of the primary jjt partners for the plant leadership team with overall accountability of plant technology product roadmap, portfolio and investment strategy, aligned to business segment and jjt strategy. Responsibilities responsible for ensuring that plant product roadmap aligns with business strategic roadmap for the segment, understand the business’s needs and priorities for the product. Ensures every local product is mapped to a standard product category to drive business value through standardization and optimization. Accountable for cybersecurity/tlm strategy roadmap incorporated into segment product roadmap. Continuously learn the latest technology trends and institutionalize innovative thinking/mindset throughout the organization. Possesses in‑depth knowledge about the business areas supported, including their strategies, competitive environment, functional processes, and organizational dynamics. Single point of contact for the site business leadership and site business and technology stakeholders. Communicates effectively and proactively with site lt/teams and cross‑functional teams. Collaborates across jjt – ts, pls, segment, segment make btls, rd&e, isrm to drive outcomes. Ensures that slas are properly defined, aligned, and met. Accountable for product features roadmap / deployments. Responsible for the acar process; develops business case in partnership with business functions. Owns all financial aspects of portfolio management. Spoc for site finance team to ensure proper budgeting for technology plant costs, aligned with segment make pl & btls. Reliability – rca (true rca & sla), incident management, mttr, trending & insights. Audit/quality/compliance support/adherence. Overall make site / product kpi accountability. Tier 3 – site oversight direction, partnership with ts on operational aspects. Product catalog & site factbook. Proactively manages talent in their area, establishes performance goals, provides constructive feedback, implements development plans, develops and executes compensation plans, coaches staff on performance issues, supports career plans, and establishes succession plans. Training – ensures that staff in the unit is effectively trained to successfully deliver the work of the area; drives digital maturity of the team. Experience and education a bachelor’s degree is required. Generally requires 8‑10 years of work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in technology. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and consumer industry is preferred. Experience in advanced, end‑to‑end supply chain and emerging information technologies is preferred. Experience in lean, six sigma, and business process mapping is preferred. Experience working across multiple levels of an organization, knowledge of trends (e.g., digital, data & analytics) is required. Ability to create context around key business drivers and strategic plan and present ideas in business‑friendly and user‑friendly language. Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to motivate in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment with exceptional service orientation are all requirements for this position.
