The r2r sr accountant role is responsible for executing all relevant transactions associated with the general ledger and the reconciliation of assigned accounts as per schedule, supporting other finance operations by providing timely reporting as needed.
this role interacts with a wide range of internal stakeholders including other internal finance teams, senior accountants, and local business finance leads.
the role will support the business by understanding and implementing improvements, assist standardization efforts, while moving towards to standard manpowergroup processes and procedures.
additionally, the regional r2r sr accountant will work collaboratively with internal and cross-functional manpowergroup teams at various levels, especially the business process outsourcing (bpo) r2r team to fulfil responsibilities.
this role requires accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently while assuming ownership of assigned responsibilities.
qualifications
* business school or accounting degree
* minimum of 2 years' experience in analyst roles
* experience in an integral business services environment or multi-national company experience
