Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Salesforce Functional Consultants to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet our client's business requirements. The Salesforce Functional Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and provide expertise in Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
1. Solution Design:
* Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
* Provide recommendations on best practices for implementing business processes within Salesforce.
1. Implementation and Configuration:
* Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and flows.
* Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.) and limited Apex/Visualforce coding (as needed).
* Manage user access, security settings, and data integrity within Salesforce.
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
1. User Training:
* Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality.
1. Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful Salesforce implementation.
1. Quality Assurance:
* Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce solutions.
1. Documentation:
* Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant.
3. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification (required).
4. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM301) or Platform App Builder (preferred).
5. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization tools.
6. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL (preferred).
7. In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
