The role of the business analytics advisor for mexico works as part of the business analytics global team and performs as key partner to our customers - supporting them to succeed by providing high quality and reliable services becoming a trusted voice for the region.- this role systematically analyzes business requirements from multiple areas and business lines all related to information needs such as: reports, dashboards, kpi's, advanced analytics models, portals & tools; additionally provides business and process guidance leveraging on the ba centralized expertise teams._
- the role clearly communicates to all stakeholders the scope and services to be provided under de business excellence - business analytics organization and recommend ways to deploy analytics solutions that speed up transformation that creates better experiences increasing business insights that support decision making with real time reliable data._
*main responsibilities*:

- _participate on the conceptual design of a solution coordinated with business analytics global team

*qualifications*:
- language proficiency: advanced english & spanish
- academic background: a data engineer professional (or related engineering) with experience as a data architect, data science or data engineer.
- areas of expertise:
- 5 years: related to data topics supporting business areas or information technology areas.
- 5 years: leading projects related to data with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- 5 years: data architecture, management & modeling, data lakes, data services, databases, semantic layers
technical skills required by role:
- experience with common data visualization tools.
data-oriented personality.
- interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to produce imaginative solutions to problems.
- doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
- cloud database knowledge (snowflake, sql, azure sql, hana).
- knowledge of sap database structure.
