Business home lending provides specialist retail support to the relationship managed clients of commercial banking (cb), regional & agribusiness banking (rab), and small business banking (sbb). We have a national team of home lending specialists, senior business home lending specialists, home lending executives and a third‑party business home lending team.

* leverage extensive expertise to detail options, value propositions, and address queries and handle objections effectively in a range of lending scenarios.
* develop a reputation as a trusted advisor by guiding customers and business partners on the lending journey.
* develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources and seeking external referrals from existing customers.
* foster advocates, emphasizing cba's ability to cultivate authentic, enduring relationships.
* lead passionate lenders, embodying values to drive collective success.
* proactively utilize industry and customer networks to enhance and share knowledge of regulatory requirements, impacting market, industry, customers, and the group.
* develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s financial needs and objectives, ensuring the holistic needs of the customer are met and exceeded to improve their financial wellbeing.
* draw from extensive experience in products, processes, policies and lending risk appetite to describe options and value propositions.
* proactively research and utilise industry and customer network to enhance and share knowledge of regulatory requirements and its impacts on the market, industry, customers and the group.

* a proven track record in lending/sales, with retail lending expertise and anticipation of customer financial needs.
* comprehensive understanding of home lending products and national legislation.
* are skilled in coaching and upskilling peers.
* possesses advanced business and market insight.

you are experienced in lending with a passion for business development & customer service – we are experts in supporting customers in one of the most important financial decisions they will make. together we will become the #1 home lending team in the area. register your interest for future home lending specialist opportunities with our central victoria branch network! Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating, you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and be trusted to make the experience great for them.

more specifically you will:

* provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams.
* develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers.
* attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coach your branch colleagues on best practice.

* experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment.
