as the director of talent acquisition, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with the human resources department and develop effective strategies to meet the staffing needs of our call center operations.
responsibilities:
* lead the talent acquisition team to meet/exceed weekly hiring goals.
* utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.
* establish best practices, lead forecasting and reporting based on inputs from functional department heads, and develop processes and procedures.
* collaborate with account managers and call center managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation.
* provide training, coaching, and feedback to all members of the recruiting team.
* stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to proactively address talent acquisition challenges.
* up to 15% travel.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* proven experience as a recruiting director or similar role within the call center or bpo industry.
* excellent team management skills with a track record of exceeding recruitment objectives.
* knowledge of call center and bpo operations, job roles, and skill requirements.
* ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ats) and other hr software.
* knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
* strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions.
