* develop line process plans considering npi and maintenance inputs for process improvements.
* create pfmea, visual aids, worksheets, and rework instructions.
* drive ec implementation and adhere to project schedules.
* support and document npi pilot runs as needed.
* provide rework processes for subassemblies and finished goods.
* define appropriate work centers based on process flow.
* ensure nmr cleanup by verifying processes and tools.
* identify tools and equipment requirements for new lines.
* implement process improvements through new tools or equipment.
* participate in kaizen events to improve area and plant metrics.
* contribute to cost-saving initiatives and their implementation.
* promote a safe working environment.
* support customer service and continuous improvement culture.
* maintain the integrity of pfmea, worksheets, and visual aids.
* identify capex opportunities to ensure business continuity.
* reduce inventory costs by reworking excess materials.
* apply problem-solving methodologies to address operational constraints.
* participate in risk management by identifying failure modes, hazards, and environmental aspects, and implementing controls.
what we look for:
* education and skills: bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
* proficiency in pfmea, control plans, work instructions, data analysis, and fixture design.
* skills in manufacturing line operations.
* advanced excel skills.
* knowledge of lean principles and cost-saving strategies.
* language: advanced english communication skills.
* experience: minimum of 3 years in process engineering.
