The team prioritizes, leads, and executes global non‑coverage analytical initiatives in criteria, research, enhanced analytics, models, and other non‑operational functions to support the rating and research efforts of over 400 cipf analysts worldwide. The data & analytics group is a small entrepreneurial team that operates at the intersection of traditional research and technology, harnessing the data and insights generated by analysts to develop data‑driven research and products, both internal and external. We’ll count on you to: develop, support and maintain excel applications used in the rating and research process. Integrate and mine large data sets, connecting data from disparate sources (primarily oracle and mongo databases) to identify critical insights and pragmatic data solutions. Collaborate with functional experts and organizational leaders in implementing new products and process improvements. Produce data‑driven reports and presentations for internal and external use. What you need to have: bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field. Previous experience as a data engineer or data analyst. Proficiency in python, vba and sql. Experience with relational and non‑relational databases and understanding of storage technologies such as mysql, oracle and mongodb. Nice to have business intelligence experience, including hands‑on development and analysis in qlik cloud. Experience with agile development concepts and related tools. What would make you stand out a keen interest in finance and business, with knowledge or experience in finance/accounting, economics or capital markets.
