ericsson is excited to present an opportunity to join our team as a hardware assembly and test specialist.
in this role, you will be instrumental in producing boards, modules, nodes, and other products to our highest standards throughout all phases of the product life cycle (plc).
this role provides a space to contribute to our product quality, screening, and performance targets, while also providing vital feedback to stakeholders in the early stages of the plc.
*what you will do*:
- adhere to standardized workmanship in the preparation of materials, assembly, rework, and testing of products.
- operate machines and tools as per specifications, performing production preparations and/or machine programming.
- uphold quality control standards by managing standardized system transactions and participating in product troubleshooting.
- undertake the packing of products as per guidelines and execute standardized maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- execute stock taking responsibilities, along with operating automation equipment and promptly debugging for minor stops.
- comply with occupational health and safety (ohs) instructions, report any deviations, gaps, or concerns within the ohs area, strive for continuous improvement, and engage in knowledge sharing and learning practices.
