Key areas of responsibilities: own weekly zoom check-ins with clients — build trust, uncover needs, and ensure consistent progress across all accounts daily communication on slack with clients — fast, friendly, proactive set up and manage all client projects/tasks in clickup with crystal-clear structure coordinate with creative, media buying, and sales teams to ensure deliverables go out on time track client feedback, results, and satisfaction — and turn it into internal action items constantly improve onboarding, reporting, and communication systems maintain a sense of calm order in a fast-moving team environment be the glue between the client and the rest of the bma machine key competencies you're an organizational freak — you genuinely enjoy building order, processes, systems you're people-first, warm, articulate, extroverted, honest, and relationship-driven you're super tech-savvy — clickup, slack, notion, zoom, google suite, crm tools (we use gohighlevel) you can project manage like a boss — proactive, self-managing, and incredibly reliable you're solution-oriented — if there's a fire, you're already putting it out before anyone knows education and experience preferred: prior experience in marketing agencies (especially client-facing or pm roles) bonus: experience working with real estate clients or teams non-negotiable: all-in attitude and a hunger to grow inside a results-driven, heart-led company – – – – – – final comments – – – – – – we believe that great companies only succeed with great people.
