Key responsibilities
develop business with large potential customers to be future kc, runway & booster

identify, qualify, consult, and develop value propositions enabling the sell of large scale and complex supply chain solutions within a defined vertical industry(s).
Negotiate the global tender
accountable for the implementation and compliance of won opportunities.

Pre and post sales responsibilities

ensure that solutions are fully scoped with robust pre‑and post‑sales engagement and commitment from solutions engineering, pricing and operational teams.
Ensure that customers meet committed levels of volume and proactively address short‑falls.
Ensure the smooth transition into key client management or to primary account manager.
Represent maersk in relevant industry, vertical and marketing events.
Identify and share customer strategies with relevant product managers to ensure product development is aligned to changing customer needs.

Skills & qualifications

5+ years of commercial / sales experience, specifically in business development and portfolio management.
Strong “hunter” mindset is critical (new business development, proactive prospecting).
Should also be capable of farming existing accounts, but hunting is the priority.
Must have experience selling logistics solutions
integrated logistics solutions (air freight, ocean freight (lcl, fcl), ground transportation, contract logistics).
Proven ability to develop new business, grow wallets, and manage a pipeline.
Able to sell end‑to‑end logistics solutions, not just single products.

Korean or mandarin (language fluency or nationality) is a strong plus
