this is a key role within the hr team, providing strategic vision and leadership for designing, developing, and administering company policies, compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs. The hrbp will collaborate to build a great employee experience.
* full-cycle human resources management
* change management leader
* workforce planning and talent management
* employee engagement and labor relations
* hr metrics / analytics
* hr program start-up and expansion strategies
* deliverables must be prepared to satisfy project requirements, cost, and schedule
* maintain team focus and track progress
* coordinate with functional managers and the team sponsor to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements
* ensure space, furniture, equipment, and communication lines are available for team members
* support talent acquisition & selection strategies (salary & hourly employees)
* support training strategies (salary & hourly employees)
* budget control for technical training
* support in the design and implementation of social facilities for the greenfield
* analyze organizational positions and design appropriate job descriptions, pay ranges, responsibilities, etc.
* create an environment that facilitates personnel attraction, builds on the culture, and ensures employee development.
* utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention
* work closely with business leaders to support business goals
* ensure compliance with performance management procedures.
* maintain accurate employee records and documentation for employment as per labor law.
* establish, monitor, and track succession planning.
* manage organizational investigations.
* protect the organization from employment liability by understanding relevant labor laws.
* develop and grow people, both individually and as teams
* manage all people-related compliance activities with local requirements.
* serve as coach and advocate across all levels of the organization, leading issue resolution.
* provide high knowledge & experience in mexican labor law and union bargaining agreements.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
* 5+ years of experience as hrbp in a manufacturing facility
* self-management, drive, organization, and attention to detail skills
* flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and shifting priorities
* advanced english fluency required
* understanding of current mx labor laws
* project management skills, leadership skills, managerial courage, leading with ambiguity, teamwork, drive for results, change management mindset, customer service
