what you'll do
we're looking for a product marketing designer. At clara, we are building the future of b2b spend management in latin america. In this role, you will be the creative bridge between our product and the market—translating complex features and workflows into visual communications that win customers and equip our sales team to close. This is a high-ownership role where you will drive campaign assets, build sales enablement materials, and leverage ai tools to ship faster and smarter.
* design campaign assets for digital channels (paid, social, owned) tied to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
* build sales enablement materials—pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and training kits that give our sales team a competitive edge in the room.
* translate product capabilities into visual narratives that resonate with finance leaders and business owners across latam.
* use ai tools actively to scale your own output—not as a shortcut, but as a creative multiplier.
* collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and content creators to take briefs from concept to polished delivery within tight timelines.
* maintain design templates and component libraries in figma to keep production scalable across the team.
must haves
* 2+ years of design experience, with at least 1 year in a tech company or high-growth digital environment.
* a portfolio demonstrating high-impact campaign assets, b2b marketing materials, and sales decks where design served a clear business objective.
* technical proficiency in figma and working knowledge of adobe creative suite.
* experience or interest in ai tools to automate workflows and accelerate creative output (e.g., midjourney, firefly, or similar).
* working proficiency in english and spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment.
* adaptability to fast-changing environments and the ability to distill complex fintech concepts into simple, on-brand visuals.
* proven execution and the ability to manage multiple projects independently via google drive and slack.
nice to haves
* motion design or video editing skills (after effects, capcut, or premiere).
* experience with b2b saas or fintech marketing, understanding the specific needs of finance personas.
* independent analytical skills using spreadsheets to understand how creative performance affects conversion metrics.
* a good sense of humor.
