stop any operation or activity that poses a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, immediately notifying the relevant areas according to the organization's escalation plan.
you have the authority to make changes to production plans based on customer requirements.
stop any suspicious shipment that may affect the quality or safety of the shipment.
*responsibilities*:
- ensure 100% on-time deliveries to customers by balancing production lines and inventory levels (wip and fg), according to the contracted and installed capacities in each process, ensuring the flow of the process.
- generate the production plan.
- maintain the erp (work orders and production plan).
- monitor compliance with the production plan.
- balance production lines.
- control inventory levels in wip and fg.
- report weekly on production plan compliance.
- monitor the floor: availability of machines, materials, and containers.
- establish priorities to ensure supply to customers.
