the marketing operations coordinator is a key member of the q2 solutions team.
1. foster cross-functional collaboration with event, marketing and supplier teams to ensure seamless project execution.
2. serve as primary point of contact for internal clients and manage vendor relationships related to conferences.
3. coordinate logistics, collateral, scheduling and lead retrieval for booth elements.
4. analyze metrics and provide comprehensive reporting.
5. provide on-site support for 2-3 major conferences in the us annually.
6. occasional domestic travel for conference attendance.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified leads.
* assist in creating sales/customer-centric content and sales enablement materials.
* contribute to the development of effective advertising copy, social media plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
* collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to implement agreed-upon plans.
* design and deliver content training sessions to enhance our value proposition.
