Role summary
as part of the global operations centre (goc), you will work closely with teams across the united states, europe, and asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. This role requires a linear tv director who will:
* develop and lead media strategy by defining and directing the overall linear tv strategy, translating client objectives into actionable media frameworks and leveraging data to drive strategic recommendations.
* manage media buying and negotiation by directing upfront and scatter market buying strategy, anticipating market trends, and cultivating key executive-level relationships with media vendors and partners.
* execute and optimize campaigns by overseeing end‑to‑end campaign operations, managing budget pacing, optimizing schedules to meet kpi targets, and conducting post‑buy analyses for performance insights and growth.
* serve as the senior linear tv point of contact for key clients, present strategic plans and results, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and lead the development of the linear tv team.
qualifications
* 8+ years of linear tv planning and buying experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
* deep expertise in media metrics (ratings, grps, cpps) and proficiency with industry tools such as nielsen, comscore, mediaocean, and data platforms.
* proven senior‑level negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable deals, coupled with exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
* demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑priority workstreams, drive team accountability, and strong knowledge of the evolving linear‑to‑streaming landscape.
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

location
