Procurement business analyst role
we are seeking a collaborative and analytical professional to join our team as a procurement business analyst. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with key business stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to meet their needs.

the successful candidate will have solid knowledge of finance and business principles, with a working knowledge of sourcing and procurement platforms. Proficient in ms office, they will possess an analytical mind and strategic ability, with excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
responsibilities
* analyze existing business processes and systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
* design and conceptualize solutions to meet business partner needs
* develop detailed plans, gathering and documenting business, technical, and functional requirements
* translate these requirements into system design solutions, conducting feasibility and pilot tests, developing detailed documentation, and providing input and support during implementation
* act as project manager or support project leadership as needed, collaborating with it and business teams to develop timelines, implement system design solutions, drive process changes, and optimize resource use across multiple projects with competing deadlines
requirements
* strong knowledge of finance and business principles

* excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
* good data analytics abilities and capacity to perform spend analysis
* experience with sap, coupa, and servicenow is desirable
