performs varied purchasing assignments to procure parts to meet customer demands.
follows established procedures, practices and policies to place orders and expedite delivery of parts.
confirm return instructions for good not used parts.what we need & what you'll do (responsibilities):- exercises judgment and working knowledge of parts validating closest location and alternate parts to ensure best eta at the lowest possible cost.
this includes following guidelines to achieve organizational goals.- obtain rma from oem and vendors and provide return instructions to the fieldcontact our logistics provider in order to get eta updates, cancel requests or any update required to orders placed.who you are (qualifications):- high school diploma or equivalent edu preferred- logistics preferred- experience with information systems of g-suite, microsoft office, and other processing systems- excellent communication- good organization- administration skills- strong attention to detail
