the inside sales representative is responsible for identifying business relationships and opportunities by increasing our transactions and gross profit with existing agents. This position reports directly to the revenue manager. The inside sales representative requires excellent communication skills to meet the needs of our ria agents. Ria manages win-win partnerships with small and medium-sized agents offering services such as money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payments, and check cashing at affordable prices. The role focuses on growing specific corridors mainly through phone calls, emails, etc. The representative calls agents daily, finds weekly opportunities, and aims to meet monthly transaction and profit targets.
responsibilities include but are not limited to
* create and nurture strong relationships with agents to ensure long-lasting collaborations.
* resolve issues faced by agents with their ria business.
* organize a structured weekly plan to meet targets.
* resolve system queries and provide branding solutions in line with marketing guidelines.
* support and troubleshoot for new and existing agents.
* increase sales and market share of core products.
* analyze reports and market data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
* recommend product pricing and agent commissions based on data.
* ensure agent compliance with company policies and procedures.
* support sales and finance teams with analytical reports and forecasts.
* develop strategies to increase transactions and revenue.
* make outbound calls to develop and maintain agent relationships.
requirements
* trilingual in english, french, spanish (creole is a plus).
* at least 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or related fields.
* excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* assertive, target-driven, and resilient under stress.
* client-oriented with analytical thinking skills.
* advanced ms excel skills.
* detail-oriented, team player, capable of multitasking.
