*position summary*:we are looking for a highly organized and proactive hr professional to supervise the daily human resources operations and guide our artificial intelligence training facilities project.
this position will play a fundamental role in the management of human resources policies, employee records, compliance and administrative processes to ensure an environment of fluid and efficient work.
the administrative manager of human resources will work closely with the director of operations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement human resources strategies that support the goals and objectives of the project.
this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to contribute to a growing project and help shape the human resources framework from scratch.
*required skills*:
- advanced english (c1,c2)
- degree in human resources management, business administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an hr administrative position, preferably in manufacturing.
- solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- mastery of hris and microsoft office suite systems.
*soft skills*:
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- solid interpersonal and communication skills, with special attention to the with special attention to the relations with employees.
*technical skills*:
- work experience in a large-scale project or training center.
- familiarity with hr analysis tools.

*key responsibilities*:
1) human resources operations:
- manage and supervise the processes of hiring, incorporation and disengagement.
- ensure that employee records are kept accurately and safe.
- supervise payroll processing, benefit administration and monitor employee licenses.
2) policy development and compliance:
- help develop and implement hr policies and procedures and ensure they are adjusted to local labor laws.
- ensure compliance with labor standards and keep up with the changes in labor laws.
3) administrative assistance:
- manage hr-related documentation, including contracts.
- performance evaluations and disciplinary records.
- support internal audits and reporting requirements.
- help organize employee participation activities and initiatives to promote a positive culture in the workplace.
4) training and development:
- identify training needs and coordinate development programs for professional development for employees.
- support the director of operations in the design and implementation of plans for professional development.
5) compliance with health and safety regulations:
- ensure that the facilities comply with health and safety standards.
- manage employee health and safety programs, including emergency procedures and workplace safety policies.

monday to friday from 9am to 6pm - *on site*
*salary*: monthly salary 35,000 to 40,000 mxn gross income + law benefits
