Manage the human resources of the quality operations organization, applying leadership which leads the areas of certification line, safety and emissions, repairs and/or incoming material to achieve the results supported by the spw operating system and contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the assembly plant.

1. a. Respect and promote the safety, environmental and quality standards and procedures established in the plant, qms/ps.
2. b. Ensure the proper functioning of internal plant systems, including isd, warranty, dvx, drr, i status, sca, spw operating system, among others
3. c. Maintain a strategy of compliance and update of labor standards (swi / jes / jsra) through scheduled revisions passionately enforcing the standards and the revision of the sam

1. a. Promote the active participation of each of the team members to meet the objectives established by the plant as well as to improve quality operations
2. b. Ensure the development of the staff that allows the fulfillment of the plant objectives with greater efficiency, as well as the professional growth of each member of the team
4. other functions
they are responsible for understanding, participating in, and ensuring the implementation of the iso 9001, 14001, and 50001 systems, as well as the stellantis manufacturing quality manual, quality management system (qms), global requirements (operational standards), regional requirements (north american legal requirements), procedures, work instructions, and internal formats (msp), the stellantis production system (spw), and any additional systems or initiatives the organization decides to implement.
they are responsible for complying with corporate and legal safety and health requirements within their area/scope of control and for ensuring that the workers under their supervision follow appropriate safety practices.
they are also responsible for implementing and participating in the iso 14001 system, ensuring the safe final disposal of their waste, and maintaining environmental performance indicators
qualifications
* 3 years of experience in manufacturing departments in the automotive industry
* advanced level of english
* university graduate
* technical knowledge (software, courses, etc):
o qms, ps, spw system (preferred)
* quality tools
* special requirements:
o knowledge of automotive quality systems
o knowledge of machining processes and engine assembly
o knowledge of quality applications in vehicles
o experience in product verification systems and process audits
o management of employed and unionized personnel
