*responsibilities*:
- oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- work alongside the cfo and provide guidance and support to team members
- maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, month end closes and consolidated financial statements
- analyze financial data and provide insights to the cfo
- ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- manage and prepare consolidated multi entity financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives
- identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
*requirements*:
- 4-5 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a big 4 firm
- bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- strong knowledge of gaap and financial reporting
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency in financial software, including excel, financial planning and analysis tools, and accounting software
*preferred qualifications*:
- master's degree in accounting or related field
- experience with accounting software, such as quickbooks
- experience with financial reporting and compliance with us gaap

pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per hour
