- assist the vendor in the implementation of new versions and /or updates to the servers.
- analyze the log and utilization reports to identify the health of the services.

- expert in aspect unified ip
- advances knowledge in managing telephony systems (uip, isdn, voip, sip, r2).
- knowledge of os such as windows server, linux, and windows 7.
- knowledge of networking for basic troubleshooting.
- knowledge of database engines such as mssql, sybase, mysql
