job description
execute business plans based on the strategic plan of record and annual operating plan targets, fostering collaborative relationships with regional zones and global business units to identify and leverage key enablers for market success of the ultrasound business.
your role:
* develop and execute the go-to-market approach for the ultrasound portfolio of products, solutions, and services in alignment with the markets’ business and overall marketing strategy.
* ensure flawless new product introductions and launches in collaboration with the business.
* support the business marketing & sales leader (bm&s) in interactions with the business, especially during the business market combination process. Engage with key opinion leaders and customers.
* support and coach the modality sales and clinical teams in the market as a single point of contact to the business, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies and plans.
* conduct marketing activities including event planning, digital marketing, and budget management.
you're the right fit if:
* you have 3+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing for medical devices, with ultrasound experience highly preferred.
* you have worked in a clinical environment (ultrasound, cardiology, radiology, etc.).
* you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, product management, or a related field.
* you can meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations. Willing to travel across latam.
* you are an effective communicator in spanish and english with strong interpersonal skills.
