start your reporting career with purpose
as an environmental reports analyst i, you’ll play a vital role in transforming field data into polished client reports. You’ll learn the foundations of technical writing, environmental compliance, and data integrity as you support projects focused on asbestos, lead, mold, and other environmental concerns.
what you’ll do:
* translate field and lab data into accurate, professional reports.
* format documents using company templates and ensure consistency.
* maintain communication with project administrators and field staff to ensure timely report delivery.
* meet daily and weekly report deadlines.
* maintain organized report folders and submit finalized documents through client portals.
* complete training and shadowing assignments to develop technical and industry knowledge.
what you bring:
* consistent internet: download speed minimum 25mbps, upload minimum 10mbps (secondary provider recommended).
* pc computer system (desktop preferred) with 2 screens, camera, and speakers/headset.
* processor: intel core i5 (10th generation or newer minimum) or 12th gen intel core i7‑1260p, 2.10ghz preferred; alternative: amd ryzen5 or7 series4000 or newer.
* ram: 8–16gb (15.7gb usable).
* strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
* ability to type at least 60wpm with high accuracy.
* ssd (solid state drive) preferred.
* proficiency in microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
* organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.
* positive attitude and willingness to learn technical reporting standards.
* familiarity with environmental consulting or technical writing (preferred but not required).
recommended experience and education:
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, architecture, or construction management.
* cefr b2 upper intermediate skill level in english; c1 preferred.
* administrative experience in environmental, engineering, architecture, or construction fields.
