This role is offered under an independent contractor (b2 b) arrangement, as the company currently does not maintain a registered branch office in germany. This is a high-impact senior commercial role focused on expanding market share, building key customer relationships, and driving volume growth for our tissue product portfolio. You will represent a global industry leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation. Product portfolio- tissue parent/jumbo rolls b2 bkey responsibilities- regional strategy: develop and execute the sales strategy for latin america to grow market share and business volume. - customer relationships: build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region. - market development: identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets. - market insights: monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decisions. What you bring- experience: minimum 7–10 years in commercial roles within the tissue industry, ideally with jumbo rolls/parent rolls/converting rolls. Candidates with away-from-home or consumer tissue experience will also be considered. - industry knowledge: knowledge of tissue converters in the region. Understanding of b2 c/b2 b tissue finished goods and customer expectations is preferred. - skills: strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities. - mindset: adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven. - independence: comfortable managing a multi-country region and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
