Our Client is a digital health company dedicated to empowering individuals to better manage their chronic conditions with real-time health insights and coaching. Their mission is to make high-quality care accessible and seamless, blending technology and compassion.

As a Call Center Representative at EAG, you will be the first point of contact for our client's members, providing exceptional customer service and support. You’ll help users navigate the platform, answer health-related questions (non-clinical), and ensure a positive experience with our digital tools and coaching services.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from members with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist members with onboarding, app navigation, and general troubleshooting.
- Educate members on how to use the digital health platform and services.
- Respond to inquiries regarding health coaching, program features, and account information.
- Document all member interactions accurately in the system (e.g., CRM, EHR).
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate teams (technical support, clinical staff).
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on services, new features, and internal policies.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish—both verbal and written.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive health-related conversations.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Work Location:
Pay: $4,000 pesos per week plus bonuses
