Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Controller Assistant located in Juarez Automotive.
Reporting to the Controller the Controller Assistant role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports.
2. Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
3. Conduct and hoc financial investigation for local management.
4. Prepare receivables report as required.
5. Work closely with operations and commercial teams to recognize the business and the impacts to the site financial position.
6. Prepare weekly/month-end reports for business team.
7. Experience in Harnesses Industry (desirable).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
8. Advanced English.
9. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
10. Prepare financial reports for regulators and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
11. Help with internal and external financial audits.
12. Assist with managing the Accounting and costing departments.
13. Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
