What You’ll Do:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Business Development roles within the Mexico office, from sourcing through to offer management.
* Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
* Execute proactive sourcing strategies including direct headhunting, market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines within crypto, fintech, and digital-first industries.
* Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer approvals, and onboarding documentation.
* Track recruitment KPIs and support reporting on hiring metrics and time-to-fill targets.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance Support
* Support policy adherence by guiding employees on internal HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct requirements.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with local labour regulations.
* Respond to employee queries related to HRIS systems, contracts, benefits administration, and internal processes.
* Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and data integrity within HR systems.
* Track probation periods, contract renewals, and key employment milestones.
* Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for internal auditor leadership review.
Office Administration & Coordination
* Monitor and track employee leave, attendance records, and time-off balances.
* Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate submission of attendance and HR data.
* Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
* Manage petty cash tracking and reimbursement processes in line with internal finance policies.
* Support general office administration, supplier coordination, and facilities-related requests.
* Assist in organising team events, meetings, and internal engagement activities.
What You Bring:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition.
* Demonstrated experience hiring business-facing roles such as Sales or Business Development.
* Experience within Web3, cryptocurrency, fintech, or fast-growth digital sectors is advantageous.
* Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques including headhunting and market mapping.
* High attention to detail and strong data accuracy discipline.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
