*responsibilities*:
- implementation and determination of standard cost with the investigation of variances with actual cost.
- estimate product cost for existing and new products.
- help management make decisions based on costs and benefits.
- monitor changes in process or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
- forecast and analyze cost of processes, labor, indirect labor, overhead and inventory.
- conduct audits on financial processes and transaction for cost.
- cycle count audit support
*required education and experience*:
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar field; or equivalent experience
- proven experience as a cost accountant or similar role for at least 2 years.
- knowledge of accounting process and financial analyst.
- knowledge how to take cycle time.
- manufacturing experience, erp (bpcs is a plus)
- good communication skills.
- fluent in english (conversational and written)
- desire to be degree in finance, accounting or similar field.
