*job purpose*:provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.

*duties and responsabilities*:

- provide assistance to users who have a problem using a product or service, whether this is the hardware or software of a computer on an internet server, peripherals, electronic items, machinery, or any other device or device.
- installation, configuration and update of hardware and software.
