We have an exciting opportunity for a project manager to lead atm managed services (ams) implementations across north america and latin america. This role will play a critical part in delivering high-impact strategic projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders across the region. Key responsibilities: • lead end-to-end atm managed services implementations. • manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. • coordinate technology, operations, vendors, and customer workstreams. • lead customer meetings and executive governance forums in both english and spanish. • ensure successful transition to operations and service stabilization. • drive project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Required qualifications: • native spanish speaker with advanced english proficiency. • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of experience managing complex projects. • 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing projects. • experience working with distributed teams and multicultural environments. • ability to travel throughout north america and latin america. Preferred qualifications: • atm managed services experience. • atm hardware and software services knowledge. • transaction switching platform experience. • payment scheme certification experience. • large-scale deployment or migration project experience. • pmp, prince2, or equivalent certification.
