key responsibilities:
* prepare documents for international trade transactions, including route transactions, valuation, landed costs, country of origin and entry, duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise.
* maintain both administrative and accounting records in accordance with import/export laws and company policies.
* track regulatory changes and suggest modifications to current processes to remain compliant.
requirements
skills and qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a related field.
* degree preferred in supply chain, business, international trade, or a related field.
* english language proficiency.
* familiarity with import/export laws and regulations.
* knowledge in ms office.
