Based at the irapuato gto, this role serves as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.key responsibilities:- act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of hr matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change.
* partner with department leaders to understand business objectives, aligning hr strategies to support operational goals and drive organisational effectiveness.
* facilitate recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, coordinate selection activities, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* support and guide managers on workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and regulatory compliance to maintain fair and consistent human resource practices.
* develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace where diversity is respected and valued.
* manage employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, career progression, transitions, and offboarding with professionalism and confidentiality.
