what will you do?
review clearance status on shipping page and notify the import/export analyst to follow up
request import documents from purchasing administrators
place documents in import/export folders on share point
send documents to invoicing
place arrival dates on import reports
consolidate excel screenshots of closed purchase orders at the end of each month, and upload to share point
consolidate element contracts in pdf and upload to share point.
download invoices from element page, and upload them with excel to finance folder
pre-capture in excel of invoices, sales orders and cost centers for freight
download invoices of cash payments from narancia
reprint and save in l (folder) corrected po's
review and follow up information sent by users for supplier registration, generating the folder and saving the documents
documentation in indirect purchase folders in relation to user requirements and supplier quotations
