Business development associate
we're seeking a highly skilled business development representative to identify, connect, and onboard new restaurant partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for driving business growth.
your key responsibilities:
* prospect & outreach – identify and reach out to potential restaurant partners via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
* sales pitch – clearly communicate the value of partnering with us to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
* lead qualification – assess restaurant fit based on cuisine type, location, and business goals.
* pipeline management – maintain a healthy pipeline and track progress in our crm system.
* relationship building – build trust with restaurant owners by understanding their needs and showing how we can drive their growth.
requirements:
* sales expertise – 2+ years of cold calling experience with a proven track record in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
* industry knowledge – experience in restaurant sales, food delivery, or hospitality is a strong plus.
* excellent communication – fluent in english, with strong verbal and written skills.
* tech-savvy – experience with crm tools and digital sales platforms.
* remote flexibility – ability to work independently in a fully remote role, aligned with u.s. business hours.
