What will you do?
* support day-to-day hr operations (employee relations, onboarding, documentation).
* assist in the implementation of hr programs (training, engagement, well-being initiatives).
* support employee data management and hr systems updates.
* help coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
* provide support in employee communications and hr campaigns.
* assist in hr metrics tracking and reporting.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams (payroll, training, ehs).
