Business intelligence analyst
this role involves providing analytical support to internal customers across various low to medium complexity reports. You will facilitate data-driven decision making by communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics, as well as collaborate with the gbs team on process development initiatives.
key responsibilities:
- develop and deliver solutions according to customer requirements
- ensure quality and accuracy of work are at a high level
- collaborate in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (sops)
- support in the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports
requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
- project management skills
