essential responsibilities:
1. promote compliance with the necessary procedures required by the clinical trial.
2. protect patient and protocol confidentiality.
3. ensure the validity of the data obtained in the source documents.
4. coordinate clinical trials.
5. check protocol and regulatory requirements.
required skills & abilities:
1. ability to work within a team.
2. effective communication.
education & experience:
1. bachelor's degree in nursing.
2. 1-2 years of experience in the clinical research industry, or equivalent education and experience in oncology.
3. creative problem-solving skills; ability to navigate through complex phase i oncology protocols and apply to start’s mission of quality data collection.
4. proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
5. excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. strong working knowledge of microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint.
