- **Experience**: +1 year in HR area or similar (desirable) or previous experience in Industrial areas with interest in HR processes

**Job Purpose**:
Leads and executes transformation projects by reviewing and analyzing Human Resources processes with the objective of improving HR systems usage, process quality and agility.
Is in charge of HR reporting as well as relevant dashboards development, corrective actions and control.
**Main responsabilities**:
- Reviews Human Resources processes identifying improvement opportunities.
Leads and executes improvement actions understanding the impact and feasibility of the changes.
- Analyzes and improve the processes and tools to attract, recruit and retain qualified employees identifying areas of improvement to implement corrective actions over the expected profile.
- Proposes and designs development activities in order to guarantee the availability of an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel, and coordinates the regional implementation with Industrial Relations counterparts.
- Develops ad-hoc reporting to support decision making processes in HR and in the business.
- Supports the performance evaluation system for **Technical Leaders and Shop Floor**.
Acts as a link between the global area and the regional areas.
Consolidates the regional results of the talent development processes and aligns the implementation of practices across the regions analyzing the overall quality of the process and proposing related actions.
- Supports specific projects related to the scope by defining the HR tools required and necessary actions to support them.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
