*about the role*
we are looking for a *support representative* to join our team in mexico and provide assistance to our customers. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
*responsibilities*
- troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (engineering, customer success, etc.).
- document issues, feedback, and resolutions accurately in hubspot.
- guide customers through processes and provide step-by-step assistance where needed.
- stay up to date on product updates, features, and best practices.
*requirements*:
- previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a similar role
- fluent in *english and spanish*(both written and verbal).
- experience with support tools (e.g., hubspot, slack, zoom or similar).
- comfortable using technology and handling support tickets until resolution.
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
