we are seeking for a *medical collections specialist* to join our call center team.
in this role, you'll work with healthcare-related accounts to recover past-due balances, ensuring respectful communication and compliance with industry regulations.

main activities
- contact patients or clients with overdue medical accounts.
- negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities.
*what we're looking for*
- experience in collections.
- strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
*experience with*:
- crm & collection software (a plus)
- microsoft excel, outlook
- skip tracing tools
schedule:
monday - friday (weekends off)
40 hrs per week
morning shift
