- make outbound calls to prospective homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy
- set and confirm high-quality appointments for our solar consultants
- use a consultative sales approach to educate and engage potential customers
- maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working toward sales goals
- work collaboratively with the team to drive performance and maximize conversions

*qualifications*
- minimum two years of experience in a call center sales role, telemarketing, or lead generation
- strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- ability to adapt, think quickly, and build rapport over the phone
- fluency in english & spanish is required
- self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to maximize earnings potential
