We are currently looking for a business development engineer. This is a key position within the organization, as it combines technical expertise with business development. You will be responsible for driving business opportunities by identifying, analyzing, and proposing engineering solutions for industrial automation projects. You will play a strategic role as the first point of contact with clients, directly contributing to the definition of solutions for major investments in automated assembly lines.
Responsibilities
participate in client meetings to understand needs, processes, and project scope.
Analyze requirements and propose automation solutions.
Perform technical selection of components.
Prepare presentations, conceptual layouts, and proposals (2d & 3d).
Propose solutions that optimize cost, functionality, and ergonomics.
Perform engineering calculations for system integration.
Maintain communication with suppliers for solution development.
Identify business opportunities.
Research and present market technology trends.
Qualifications
degree in mechatronics engineering or a related field.
Experience or background in mechanical design (2d & 3d) and automation.
Interest in or affinity for business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced conversational english (able to socialize and negotiate).
